Surveys For Infection Control Standards – Licensed Home Care Providers

Please see the following announcement from the Minnesota Department of Health regarding surveys of home care providers.

As of June 15, 2020, staff from the Health Regulation Division will be surveying to infection control standards in home care providers. Standards not being followed will have licensing orders issued. Please reference 144A.4798 for state regulations on Disease Prevention and Infection Control. During this time of COVID-19, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) expects home care providers to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and MDH guidance.
