Lost your password or not sure which email account you used to sign up? The form below can help you figure it out!

Step 1. If you don’t remember your username or your password, start by putting in your email address in the form below and we will send you an email with a special link to click on which will allow you to reset your password. If you aren’t sure what email address you originally used, you can also use this to test and find out (because it will give you an error if the email address you entered is not in our system.). Please allow several minutes for the reset email to arrive in your inbox. Also check your spam folder. It can sometimes take up to 30-60 minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.

Step 2. When you click the link in your email, you will be taken back to this same page, but the form below will ask you to create a new password.

Step 3. Once you have saved the new password below and see a success message, click here to log in.
