From the Minnesota Department of Health – State Resumes Emergency Background Studies
The Minnesota Department of Human Services will be returning to emergency background studies and temporarily modifying certain statutory requirements. This is being done to assist health and human service providers rapidly respond to changing workforce needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
