Toby Pearson is the Vice President of Advocacy for Care Providers of Minnesota. He has been lobbying on the State and National levels for over 20 years.  He holds a Masters Degree in Political Science as well as a Law Degree from William Mitchell. Toby has served on the Board of YMCA Camp Du Nord, and volunteers with Regions Hospital Burn Center.
